Fort Mitchell Garage is open for business and ready to help our customers through this difficult situation with timely, thorough and cost effective repairs and maintenance for your automobiles.

Automotive repair and maintenance facilities have been declared by Homeland Security Administration to be an essential business/industry for the welfare of Americans and America's security. We take our role seriously and will do whatever it takes to be safe and follow the CDC guidelines for hygiene and safe distance between employees and customers to defend against the spread of COVID-19 or any other contagious ailment.

We offer a convenient drop-off method that eliminates the need for person to person contact with our staff if you prefer not to come into the office by using our NIGHT DROP BOX anytime day or night. We are disinfecting office surfaces & implements after each transaction if you prefer to come in. We are not offering any 'while-you-wait' service at this time.

In addition, we offer free pickup and delivery service from your 'shelter-in-place' or place of 'social distancing'. Please call to arrange times and placement of key.

Payment can be made over the phone with credit card. Checks can be placed in our Key Drop. We will put the keys and paperwork in an envelope and place it in the vehicle for pickup at your convenience.

Though we always strive to handle your vehicle with care, additionally we are wearing protective gloves, applying disinfectant to keys & door handles, and covering the steering wheel & shifter as appropriate.

Now is a great time to have your car serviced when the need for your car might be less than normal. We are offering our spring service special which includes a safety/maintenance inspection & oil change. Our body shop is also open for any collision damage, detailing or touch-up.
